  1. After logging in using your new Everifin account: Create Everifin user account, you will enter the Everifin app dashboard and can proceed with connecting a new bank account (either personal or business). Click the big + (plus) on the Dashboard (on the Personal Accounts pane):

Account owner and identity information

The following steps are required only when connecting very first bank account. Once this process is done, connecting further accounts require only the steps described above.

  1. After connecting the bank account, our system will try to automatically pre-load account owner info. There are cases, where bank API will not provide accurate information and in such cases fields Name, Surname and Country need to be filled manually

  2. Account Owner info will be displayed on the upper right side of the dashboard

  3. This info can be also changed in Settings - Personal Information

  4. There are cases where user needs to upload ID or passport in order to verify identity due to the legal obligation (AML check). Once this situation appears, user is informed in the notification bar displayed in the top of the dashboard and also receives an email notification. Afterwards, the user has a 3 days time-frame to complete this request, otherwise the Everifin account will be locked. User can start the document check process by clicking on the “Document Check” button in the notification bar

  5. User can upload a photo of ID card or passport

  6. Once the scanning process is complete, the following screen appears where user can check and confirm information based on provided ID document. If all required fields are filled out properly user is taken back to the dashboard and registration process is successfully finished.
