Improved reactions on the payment status changes

• Supported edge case payment status transition CONFIRMED → FAILED: In very rare cases the bank may reject authorized payment (e.g. when the payment is authorized at the weekend or late night, after bank’s cut off time, the bank might move the execution time of the transaction to the future. When the customer decreases his balance by card payments before the execution time of the transaction, the bank rejects the payment). This plugin version reacts on this and adjusts the online store order status accordingly.

• Improved reactions to transition CONFIRMED → BOOKED - If the e-shop order is already in some next status after “payment accepted” (e.g. invoice, or shipping etc.) it stays in current status and is not returned to “payment accepted” when BOOKED payment status is received by the plugin (payment settled in payer’s bank). The previous plugin versions moved the e-shop order back into “payment accepted” status which might cause issues in business processing of the order (e.g. double invoicing etc.).

• Keep the cart and switch payment method - Added functionality to keep the cart and possibility to change the payment method for the order when the Everifin payment is canceled by customer

• Getting payment updates in the background (webhook support) - Merchant’s online store can now get updates about the payment status changes also when the paying customer interrupts the payment flow (when he does not return to merchant’s web page - e.g. when he closes the browser).
