This section describes installation and configuration of the Everifin paygate module for Shopware ecommerce solution.

Prerequisites

  • Shopware 6.5+

  • PHP 8.1 or later (same as Shopware 6+)

Installation

  1. Download the module here: Prestashop plugin versions

  2. From your Shopware administration, go to My extensions.

  3. Click 'Upload extension' and select downloaded file.

  4. Wait for the module to be installed.

Configuration

After installing the Everifin module, you need to configure it with your Everifin account details:

  1. From your Shopware administration, go to My extensions.

  2. Find the Everifin Paygate extension and the three dots menu and select Configure.

  3. Fill in the following fields:

    • Bank Account (currency) Enter a bank account for each currency used in your shop.

    • Client ID (currency) Enter your Everifin Client ID for each currency here.

    • Client Secret (currency) Enter your Everifin Client Secret for each currency here.

      • If you don't specify an account/client id/client secret for a certain currency, Everifin payment method will not be available for this currency and will not be visible on checkout page, when this currency is selected.

    • Environment Set this to STAGE for testing or PRODUCTION for live use.

    • IP address whitelist (Optional) Enter an IP address here to test the payment method from that IP.

    • Note for recipient This note will be added to the payment and order number will be added to the end of the note. For example, if you enter Order number: , the note will be Order number: 12345.

  4. Click 'Save' to save your changes.

  5. Go to Settings > Payment methods and add Everifin Fast Bank Transfer to the list of active payment methods. You can also edit display name and description of the payment method here.

  6. Go to Sales channels > Your Sales channel (e.g. Storefront) and add Everifin Paygate to the list of active payment methods. Optionally, you can also set Everifin Paygate as default payment method.

  7. Click 'Save' to save your changes.

  8. You might need to clear the cache after the installation and configuration. To do this, go to Settings > System > Cache & performance and click Clear cache.

Usage

Once the extension is configured, customers can select Fast bank transfer as a payment method during checkout. The extension will direct them to complete the transfer through the Everifin platform.
